Calgary Stampeders vs Montreal Alouettes

The Stampeders look to avenge their only loss of the 2017 season as they play host to the Montreal Alouettes on Friday. Kickoff at McMahon Stadium is 7:30 p.m.

After the game, we Light Up the Night with an amazing post-game fireworks show, set to some great music.

Calgary has won nine games in a row since a 30-23 setback at Montreal’s Percival Molson Stadium in Week 4. The Stamps are 11-1-1 on the season and currently hold a five-point advantage over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers for top spot in the West Division.

The Alouettes, meanwhile, have dropped eight of nine games since the win over Calgary and to fall to last place in the East.

The Stamps were 15-9 winners over the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Sunday in Regina while the Als lost a 33-19 decision to the Argonauts at Toronto’s BMO Field on Saturday.

Calgary is 6-0 at McMahon this season and the Stamps have won 16 consecutive regular-season home games dating back to 2015. The Red and White are 4-1-1 against the East Division in 2017.

Meanwhile, Montreal is 0-6 on the road and 2-5 against the West.

This is the Stamps’ last game before their second and final bye of the regular season.

Starting at 5 p.m., the Fan Zone will be in operation in the east parking lot across from the Ticket Office.

Attractions and activities include a live DJ, autographs from Stamps players Deron Mayo and DaVaris Daniels and Stamps alum Scott Coe (5:30 – 6:30 p.m.), the Tailgate Grill food truck, interactive sponsor activations and activities for kids of all ages.

Halftime

At halftime, Minor Football presented by Tim Hortons takes over the field to show off their skills.
