The Calgary Stampeders have added international receiver Marken Michel and international defensive linemen Eddie Yarbrough to the practice roster.

Michel signed with the National Football League’s Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent and attended the club’s 2016 training camp. He played four seasons at UMass and, over the course of his career with the Minutemen, he made 92 catches for 1,016 yards and six touchdowns. He also had 28 carries for 162 yards and two scores.

Yarbrough attended training camp with the Denver Broncos in 2016 after signing as an undrafted free agent. He was a three-time all-Mountain West Conference selection at the University of Wyoming, earning first-team honours in in 2013 and 2014 and a second-team nod in 2015. He made 256 tackles and 21.5 sacks over his collegiate career and set a Cowboys record with 39 tackles for loss.
