What is your dance/performance background: I have 17 years of dance training in ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, lyrical, contemporary and hip-hop. Starting off in the competitive dance world, I competed with various studios over the course of 11 years. I was also a part of 42nd Street Productions, where I was casted for several musical theatre productions. Upon leaving the competitive dance world, I then auditioned and was fortunate enough to become a member of the Young Canadians of the Calgary Stampede. Here I trained year-round and performed in various shows including the Grandstand Show during the 11 days of the Calgary Stampede. Most recently, I became a member of the MRU Cubs Dance Team on both their Performance and Competitive Dance Teams and performed at game days and competed at various competitions across Calgary.
Why did you decide to audition for the Outriders: I was looking for a new way to continue to dance while attending university, and the Outriders program seemed like an amazing platform to do this.
What is your top Outriders appearance to attend: Jr Stamps Camp
