Relief. I guess is the best way to describe last night’s game.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to play in a game so to be able to get feel that again, it’s just amazing. And the win is more than just icing on the cake, it’s everything.

I’m thankful for my first start here and to be able to contribute to a W, that’s as special as it gets for a first game.

It’s been a long journey, it’s been tough especially with our situation with the cancelled season, not really having the access to certain resources.

It was tough but hardships build character, it was less than ideal but I appreciate the struggle.

My teammates’ support means a lot to me because when we finish our careers here, we will remember the camaraderie. When you can prove to your teammates, your grunt mates, that you are reliable, there’s no feeling better than that.

It’s very satisfying to know these guys believe in me and trust in me.

One and O every week is the mentality, we’re just chopping a tree.

It’s a 14-game tree and we’re just looking to chop it every week so a win is definitely something we can build off of, fix the mistakes and amplify the things that we did well.
