EDMONTON – I’ve watched every single Grey Cup since I can remember – growing up this was my Super Bowl, it’s so interesting to watch and it’s more sophisticated to be a part of it.

It hasn’t really hit me that Sunday is the Grey Cup yet, I’m just ready to prepare for it now, that’s all I’m looking at.

I’m just trying to be wherever they need me to be, like Dave Dickenson said – the roster changes every single week regardless of what week it is. I know it’s the Grey Cup, but you just have to be there when you’re called and try to execute in the preparation to show that you’re ready.

Grey Cup week is kind of crazy, but it’s as crazy as you make it. You know every single year there’s a Grey Cup, people go through it, people execute and someone comes out on top – we want to do that. So we just try to keep it minimized as much as possible as far as distractions and whatnot.

I’m not really worried about the weather for the upcoming game, it doesn’t really bother me that much, I’m from Canada, from Saskatchewan where it’s really cold, and that’s where I grew up.

But as far as the game mentally, it takes a while to get yourself into it and realize you’re in a game, it’s just a game, at the end of the day you know what to do when you’re out there, the game plan is instilled, the coaches are there, all you have to do is just execute.

So we’ll stick to our plan, stick to our roots, and control what we can control. This is more about us than it is about them – we know that. They’re probably on the same thing, they’re not worried about us they’re doing their thing just like we are.

And of course the roster changes every week but for me honestly, I think it doesn’t matters who’s out there. I think all the receivers are pretty good, when I say they’re cold, I mean they’re cold, like they can really bring it to another team. I’m confident in anyone we put on the field, actually.

We have the cream of the crop. We have pretty good receivers, Bo elevates our game, too, and with that combination I feel confident in any game. I think people know when we’re all together and we’re all clicking, and what Bo saying is relaying out on us and we’re showing him exactly what he’s asking for I think we’re a pretty dangerous crew.
