As a result of their victory over the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Saturday at McMahon Stadium, the Calgary Stampeders have clinched first place in the CFL’s West Division and will host the West final on Nov. 17.
Tickets can be purchased at the Stamps ticket office at McMahon Stadium or by clicking here.
In the division final, Calgary will face the winner of the West Division semifinal on Nov. 10 between the Roughriders and BC Lions at Regina’s Mosaic Stadium.
This is the 17th time in franchise history the Stampeders have finished first in their division. Calgary has won the West three times in six years under head coach and general manager John Hufnagel (2008, 2010 ad 2013) and 11 times in 24 seasons since 1990.
The Red and White will carry a 14-3 record into their regular-season finale against the Lions on Friday, Nov. 1 at Vancouver’s BC Place. It’s the Stamps’ best record since the club finished the 1995 campaign with a 15-3 mark.
