Three defensive backs added

Calgary Stampeders head coach and general manager John Hufnagel is pleased to announce that import defensive backs Antareis Bryan, Tim Clark and Jason Teague have signed contracts with the team. As per club policy, terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
 
Bryan spent four seasons (2007-10) with the Baylor Bears. As a senior in 2010, Bryan played eight games and recorded 14 tackles and four pass break-ups. He played 10 games in 2008 and had 33 tackles, eight pass break-ups and one interception and played 10 games in 2007 and had 17 tackles. He was named to The Sporting News’ All-Big 12 freshman team in 2007. Bryan signed with the NFL’s Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent in 2011 and attended the team’s training camp. He worked our for the New England Patriots in January of 2012.
 
Clark spent four seasons (2006-09) with the Oregon StateBeavers. In 48 games, he had 98 tackles, including two tackles for loss, 14pass knockdowns, one forced fumble and one interception. He started 16 games during his career including 10 as a senior. He had a career high eight tackles as a senior in a game against USC and finished with 47 tackles that season. Clark was selected in the third round of the 2010 UFL Draft by the Sacramento Mountain Lions.
 
Teague spent four seasons with the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs. He was a second-team All-Mountain West Conference selection in 2010 after starting all 13 games and recording 37 tackles, two interceptions and two forced fumbles. He played in the Eastham Energy College All-Star Game and blocked a field goal in the contest. Teague was named to the Rivals.comAll-JC Transfer Team. Teague played in 13 games in 2009 and five games in 2008. Teague played at Tyler Junior College in 2007. Teague attended training camp with the NFL’s Houston Texans in 2011.
