A big special-teams play is pitted against an impressive offensive sequence in the second semifinal in the Stampeders Play of the Year Showdown.
Larry Taylor provides the oomph behind one of the two highlight candidates as he returns a missed field goal for a touchdown against the BC Lions. The other nominee is Johnny Forzani’s set of touchdowns against the Montreal Alouettes, scored in his first game after the tragic death of a close friend.

In the first semifinal, it was an all-Nik Lewis affair as the slotback was featured in both highlights. Ultimately, fans chose his catch-and-run touchdown in a game against BC.
