Cornish spent four seasons with the University of Kansas Jayhawks, rushing for 2,242 yards and seven touchdowns in 34 games. In his senior season, Cornish ran for 1,457 yards, a single-season Kansas record.

“I’m excited to sign this deal and I look forward to the 2012 season,” said Cornish. “I believe we have a great chance to win the Grey Cup and I can’t wait to get started.”
