Our mandate as a club is to make your season-ticket holder experience as easy and efficient as possible. In order to help you get you on your way to as many Stampeders home games as possible, we decided to include your 2011 playoff ticket with the rest of the regular season tickets in one package.
 
Since we are not hosting a playoff game, the following refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the refund process.

1. All money will be credited back into your account for the 2012 season by the end of the week.
2. Should you wish to decline the automatic credit to your account, please contact the Ticket Office at 403-289-0258 to arrange for other types of refunds.

Our goal throughout the regular season was make the playoffs and we’ve done that, thanks to our loyal and enthusiastic Stampeders fans. The team looks forward to the challenge of taking it on the road in the quest to reach 99th Grey Cup in Vancouver on Nov. 27.

Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sundays: Closed
