Calgary Stampeders head coach and general manager John Hufnagel is pleased to announce that import linebacker Sean Ware has been added to the practice roster.
Ware spent four seasons with the University of New Hampshire Wildats, collecting 209 tackles, 2.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and one interception in 38 games. He was the Wildcats’ defensive player of the year in 2009 as a senior and earned second-team All-Colonial conference honours.
Ware spent much of the 2010 NFL season on the practice roster of the Carolina Panthers.
