Former Bishop’s linebacker signed

Calgary Stampeders head coach and general manager John Hufnagel is pleased to announce that the team has signed non-import linebacker Justin Conn.

Conn was selected by the Montreal Alouettes in the sixth round (47th overall) during the 2010 CFL Canadian Draft. He spent four seasons with the Bishop’s Gaiters and in 2010 recorded 29 tackles, three sacks and two interceptions. In 2009, Conn played nine games and made 26 tackles, including five tackles for loss. He also kicked one field goal and had a six-yard touchdown reception.
