Insider: CFL to be televised in U.S.

Canadian Football League games will be broadcast on NFL Network in the United States this season, the Canadian Football League and NFL Network announced Tuesday.

The Calgary Stampeders make three appearances in the five weeks of the released scheduled to date.

NFL Network’s telecast of 2011 CFL regular season games is part of a new agreement with the CFL. The network also has the option to show additional games in the regular season, the playoffs and the Grey Cup.

Thursday, June 30 — British Columbia @ Montreal 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, July 2 — Toronto @ Calgary (tape delayed) 6 p.m.

Week 2
Saturday, July 9 — Montreal @ Saskatchewan 2 p.m.
Saturday, July 9 — Hamilton @ Edmonton 5 p.m.

Week 3
Saturday, July 16 — Saskatchewan @ Hamilton 2 p.m.
Saturday, July 16 — British Columbia @ Edmonton 5 p.m.

Week 4
Saturday, July 23 — Edmonton @ Calgary 5 p.m.

Sunday, July 24 — Saskatchewan @ Montreal 5 p.m.

Week 5
Thursday, July 28 — British Columbia @ Winnipeg 6 p.m.
