In continued support of amateur football, the Calgary Stampeders would like to remind fans that the senior high-school provincial playoffs are being held this Saturday, Nov. 27 at Shouldice Athletic Park.
The schedule is as follows:
Tier III
Peace River Pioneers vs Cardston Cougars — 10:30 a.m. at Hellard Field
Tier II
St. Joseph’s (Grande Prairie) Celtics vs Catholic Central (Lethbridge) Cougars — 1 p.m. at Hellard Field
Tier IV
Holy Rosary (Lloydminster) Raiders vs Rundle College (Calgary) Cobras — 3:30 p.m. at Hellard Field
Tier I
Harry Ainlay (Edmonton) Titans vs Raymond Comets — 6 p.m. at Hellard Field
The Stamps, who proudly presented the weekly Calgary high-school rankings during the season, will donate special custom-inscribed game balls for each of the provincial championship games.
