The Stampeders wrap up the regular-season portion of their home schedule tonight when they entertain the red-hot Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Kickoff at McMahon Stadium is 8 p.m.
The Tabbies have won three straight games and those victories have come in convincing fashion — the combined score has been 106-17.
The Stampeders (11-5) have already locked up first place in the West Division but they’re still keen on working for victories and building momentum heading into the playoffs.
“It’s quite simple — we’re going to prepare to win football games,” said Stampeders head coach and general manager John Hufnagel. “We’re going to play to win football games and nothing’s going to change. We’re going to do what we need to do to win two football games.”
If you can’t make it to the stadium, you can follow the action by getting exclusive live updates on the Stampeders’ Game Day Twitter feed.
