The curtain comes down on the home portion of the Stampeders’ 2009 regular-season schedule with another instalment of the Battle of Alberta against the Edmonton Eskimos. Kickoff at McMahon Stadium is 8 p.m.
Only three points separate Calgary, co-leaders in the Canadian Football League’s ultra-tight West Division, from last place Edmonton in the standings. The Stampeders are 8-6-1 while the Eskimos are 7-8.
