WARM-UP
The Stampeders (3-4) are looking to scramble back to the .500 mark tonight in Toronto as they face the Argonauts at Rogers Centre. Calgary is back in action for the first time since Aug. 13 after sitting out Week 8 with a bye.
The Argos (2-5) are trying to snap a three-game losing streak overall, a four-game losing streak against the Stamps and a nine-game skid at home.
Kickoff tonight at Rogers Centre is 5:30 p.m. Along with this live blog, there’ll be a live Twitter feed during tonight’s game which you can follow at StampsConnect.

FIRST QUARTER
- Stamps will get the ball first
- Great kickoff return by Titus Ryan to start the game
- Calgary’s first drive stalls after one first down
- John Eubanks, making his Stampeders debut, almost gets an interception
- Stamps start second drive in Argos territory but they go two and out
- Argos also go two and out on their second drive, which gives Stamps another chance to start a possession in enemy territory
- Ryan Thelwell with some quick thinking and quiock hands to allow Stamps to maintain possession after a Jeremaine Copeland fumble
- Sandro DeAngelis kicks a short field goal as Calgary draws first blood. It’s 3-0 for the Stampeders
- After an Argos drive aided by an unnecessary roughness call, Toronto kicker Justin Medlock’s field goal ties the game at 3-3
- That’s the end of the quarter
SECOND QUARTER
- The teams combined for only 150 yards of offence in the first quarter
- There’s something you don’t often see — Titus Ryan loses a shoe on a punt return attempt
- Calgary goes two and out on its first possession of the second quarter
- Toronto gets a piece of a Buke Dales punt, but not enough to stop the Calgary punter from getting the ball downfield
- The Stamps’ Tom Johnson records his third sack of the season as he brings down Cody Pickett
- Nik Lewis extends his streak of games with at least one catch to 95
- It was a scoreless second period as the clubs remain knotted at 3-3 after the first half
THIRD QUARTER
- The Stampeders will kick to the Argos to start the second half
- Shannon James forces a Cody Pickett fumble and the Stampeders recover the loose ball
- Zeke Moreno picks off a Henry Burris pass to get the ball back for the Argos
- Titus Ryan fumbles on a punt return and the Argos recover
- Cody Pickett to P.K. Sam for a Toronto touchdown
- With the extra point, the Argos lead 10-3
- Jeremaine Copeland, already the CFL’s leader in touchdown catches, gets his seventh of the season
- The extra point by Sandro DeAngelis tied it at 10-10
- Third quarter’s over
FOURTH QUARTER
- On the first play of the final period, the Argos take a 13-10 lead on Justin Medlock’s second field goal of the night
- The Stampeders answer with a field goal of their own — a 35-yarder by Sandro DeAngelis — and tie the game at 13-13
- With a pass completion to Ryan Thelwell, Henry Burris has bypassed Doug Flutie and taken over top spot in completions in Stampeders history
- Nik Lewis delivers a devstating block on Argos linebacker Zeke Moreno
- DeAngelis boots a field goal to put Calgary ahead 16-13
- P.K. Sam’s second touchdown gives the Argos a 20-16 lead
- A huge gain by Nik Lewis gets the Stamps moving again
- Joffrey Reynolds fumbles, Argos recover
- Calgary gets the ball back and march to another touchdown — it’s Copeland again
- Extra point makes it 23-20
- Stamps hang on for the win
