There’s a post over at gostampsgo.com where fans are asking about the construction taking place at McMahon Stadium. So, we’ll shed some light on the situation here …
In the Amateur Sports Facility on the west side, much of the old interior structure has been changed to accommodate more locker-rooms and make better use of space for the Dinos and numerous other local amateur football teams that use the stadium.
On the west side exterior, new administration buildings are being built.
The hill to the southeast corner of the stadium is being excavated to accommodate the construction of a new football operations facility.
All these changes are expected to be completed in 2009.
