Cornerback Brandon Browner arrived in Calgary on Wednesday and is expected to be on the field soon. The second-year player was late to arrive at camp because of personal reasons but he’ll be good to go right away.
"I had some things to take care of before I could come up here," said Browner. "Everything’s good now and I can’t wait to get on the field. It’s been hard knowing my teammates are at camp and I couldn’t be there."
Browner had one interception last year (which he returned for a touchdown), tied for the team lead with five pass knockdowns and was fifth on the team with 55 tackles.
