Rookie offensive lineman Jesse Newman is expected to miss most of training camp with a knee injury. The full extent of the injury will be known after he is scoped later today.
"An MRI showed that he aggravated a previous injury," said Stamps head coach/GM John Hufnagel. "So they’ll go inside, take a look and clean up whatever needs to be cleaned up."
Newman was injured on the first day of camp and could return in as few as three weeks.
