We’re certainly disappointed with the defeat but it’s just pre-season. I think we have to learn from it. It’s good to have a slap in the face right before the season starts so the guys can work harder for week one.

We had a lot of turnovers.

It’s more than just offence. I can appreciate that the team game didn’t go very well. We were playing from behind a lot. We had a spark for a while but we need to keep that going next time for sure.

It’s always great to score a touchdown.

When your number gets called you try to be there at the right time and that’s what I’ve been trying to do.

It’s the pre-season so I didn’t keep the ball. I don’t have a touchdown in the regular season yet so next time I’ll try to keep the ball.

My first CFL touchdown was in the pre-season. That’s two touchdowns in the pre-season now.

I feel like I did pretty good at training camp. This is a crazy business so you never know. I’ll work day-to-day and take things day-to-day.
